Departing Ulaanbaatar this morning, we embark on an exciting journey north to Mongolia's most pristine wilderness. Our domestic flight to Murun takes 1 hour and 10 minutes. After lunch in Murun city, we drive 130 km to Khuvsgul Lake, visiting deer stone monuments along the way before arriving at our accommodation on the lake's bank.
